Tom Brady

Tom joined the Compton team in 2005 and has been one of our Directors since his return from Compton UK in 2008. He took over as Australasian Managing Director in 2012.

In this time he has conducted studies and reviews for over 30 community organisations, and has managed multi-million dollar campaigns in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. He is our specialist in strategic planning for non-profits and project support for major fundraising campaigns.

In the last five years, Tom has helped people raise over $35 million to achieve their community projects. He is also sought after as a strategic planner and was commissioned to write the high level philanthropic strategy for the Canterbury Earthquake rebuild.
